Is this product still not cruelty free?

As far as I know this product is cruelty free ... I cannot envisage why it would not be ..... Hopethis helps.

Which is best for oily skin?

The best would be Bio Derma Sebium H20 Micelle solution. This is the same excellent facial cleanser but is specific to oily skin. Hope this helps...!
