Can you refill the tubes? Does the lid come fully off so it can be refilled?

The lid comes off but would be difficult or to refill as it is like a toothpaste tube with small nozzle.

What type of alcohol is in this

On the label it says "alcohol denat." This means denatured alcohol. Where the type of alcohol is not stated it is usually taken to indicate ethyl alcohol.
