Is this good for combination skin?
Im prone to break outs due to oily skin but if i use any other wash i end up with very dry skin. Iv used this for years and would highly recommend it.

Is this cleanser? And do use toner after? If so which one cliniques products do you use?
Yes it’s a mild facial soap that needs rinsing off with water. I use Clinique’s clarifying lotion after washing followed by their Dramatically different moisturiser. It’s a 3 step routine that I’ve followed for years.

Does this strip off your natural skins oil?
No, it’s really good. Make sure to follow the 3 step programme suitable for your skin type. It’s been my salvation after years of struggling with oily skin and mild acne.

I used to have seriously awful skin. Switched to Clinque and it's so much more manageable. This stuff is amazing. Doesn't leave your skin feeling painfully dry after a wash - but naturally clean feeling after. Absolutely worth the money.
Would also suggest the other 2 steps - Clarifying lotion and oil free daily …

Would also suggest the other 2 steps - Clarifying lotion and oil free daily moisturiser (neither of which will leave your skin oily). Seems expensive initial layout to buy 3 items (all similarly priced) but I only purchase replacements about every 6 months or so as you use such a small amount. Also - if it's your first time using this amazing product, you could pop into a bigger branch Boots / John Lewis / Debenhams etc - where you can go to the Clinique counter and get a consultation on which products will be best for your skin. Just tell them that you are considering switching to Clinique and would like your free consultation. May even be able to get samples to take home of the soap / clarifying lotion / moisturiser so you can see what you're dealing with.
Finally - if you do end up loving the stuff, Clinique runs promotions every quarter with a different shop whereby you purchase 1 or two items, and you receive a 'free gift' which sometimes includes some mascara / lip gloss / eye cream / perfume etc. Normally comes in a cute bag too.
