Will this get rid or brassy orange ends?
Brassy and orange are two separate colours. And I think this is why so many people dont know whether to use blue or purple shampoo.. Brassy means YELLOW. Orange is obviously not yellow... This is for brown hair with orange tones.

My favourite toner wella color charm toner t18 lightest ash blonde has been discontinued i am looking for something that does the same job?
No this is to remove orange tones the fanola no purple removes yellow tones, you need to find another toner to achieve lightest ash blonde.

Would this work to get rid if orange patches left of from bleaching dark red hair?
it will settle it down but it won't make it blonde. There is still clearly red pigment within the hair shaft , another round of bleach is necessary but in the mean time this will pre tone your hair while you rest it between lightening sessions.

Does it come with seal on?
It came in a clear bag within the packaging, but no seal. Was packaged well and cap is tight so shouldn't leak.

Do i use this on dry, damp or wet hair?
For more impactful results you can use it on dry hair. I usually use it on damp hair or towel dried.

I got Caramel balayage done on my dark brown hair.. it is wearing out now.. will this shampoo help restore the caramel color??
I’m not sure if it will bring you’re caramel back to how it looked before it started to fade but it’s working well on my hair to eliminate the orange brassy tones. I have used it bout five times since I got it and my hair is looking a nice brown colour now! More of the brown I like. I hope this has helped!

I used Colour Remover on my dark brown hair now i have ginger after can i used fanola no orange ?
I would lift the hair a couple of shades lighter, then if it has orange tones the blue shampoo will balance it.

Can I use a conditioner after using this shampoo!? If yes, then please suggest which one? Tresseame color protect has worked best for my hair so far.
If you have bleached or lightened hair (the reason you are using fanola orange) I would use any keratin/protein based conditioner or hair mask. Various brands do them

I got my hair highlighted week ago and toner my hairdresser used lifted my roots a light brown/gingertoned.Can I get my dark roots back using this?

You will NOT get back your dark roots with this. It's a bright blue pigment toning shampoo. If you want darker roots - I did a shadow root myself on my blonde hair with a Nice and Easy root retouch colour in light ash brown. If you want your roots darker try a level 5 or 6 root retouch colour in dark brown. It's surprisingly easy to do but looks great.
