I am really confused with all these questions and reviews! Is this a genuine perfume and if not, what is the policy to return it?!
I don't think it's original. It's a good perfume but I can tell it's not the same cause I've being buying this for 10 years, but never on before. It doesn't stay as long and smells slightly different.

How do I know this is an original. The price is considerably lower than the high street?
When I bought it I thought it was a reasonable price and most things are cheaper than the High Street on . It was a present for my Mum and she has worn it and loves it. No complaints, defiantly an Eau De Parfum as scent lasts all day. Hope this helps?

how do you open the top of the bottle please?
I had the same problem, not being able to open it! I was worried about breaking it too but my hubby finally worked it out.
He grasped the silver top & pulled upwards. I don’t think I’ll be putting the top back on fully though! 😁

Im looking to have the perfume transferred to perfume atomiser, would the top come off so it could be poured?
Never having tried it I wouldn’t know but, looking at the bottle and the spay attachment I wouldn’t have thought so. You may stand the risk of breaking the glass and getting small pieces into the perfume. Perhaps if you had an old bottle with the spray on it you might try getting that off the bottle before trying it…
