There are two photos with two different palettes, which do you receive?

I recieved the palette as shown. The pictures are confusing. The bottom picture shows what looks like an alternative gold case and different shades but this is the cardboard sleeve the palette comes in. Colours are as shown on the demonstration on skin and true to shown.

Does this pallete have the white colour in it?

In this palette there is no white, there is a pale beige which isn't very pigmented but that would be the closest oppose to the other colours.

Is this palette better for cool or warm skin tone?

I would say either - I think the shades are universally flattering. I have very pale skin and blue eyes and really liked this palette. Hope that helps!
