Can it be used in colour treated hair?
I have coloured hair and have used this shampoo it was fine. Main and tail also do a special shampoo for coloured hair, which I think is better for your colour.

Is this good for hair growth?
I agree with Kayleigh88, no signs of any hair growth at all. It's thick and smells nice and seemed to condition at the same time but did nothing for growth.
