Can it be refilled

No, but I'm sure there's a YouTube clip on how to refil these bottles. Also if you think it smells like the original old spice aftershave then think again, it doesn't!!!

I struggle to find this anywhere else. Is there any difference between this and the aftershave?

Does this last longer than the aftershave?

I find the product to be good. Don’t know about the aftershave as do not use it. The eau de toilette lasts quite well and can recommend it.

Is this item legit? Cannot seem to find another one like it I.e. With a spray top in original.

This is the Eau de Toilette. It is normal to have a spray bottle. The "splash on" is aftershave. EDT is usually more concentrated, and a bit more expensive. (Female scents usually also have Eau de Parfam which is stronger again - and more pricey)
