I would think it would be perfect for normal hair types - use the condition on the ends of your hair if it is a tad on the greasy side.

My daughter is 5 year old. Is this good for her?

I no longer use this product as I am now using low shampoo from L’Oréal which I love and has no sulphates. This would be much better for your daughter.
