Why is this not genuine April Violets? Been using this perfume for years and this is def not genuine

Hi, I remembered the scent of April Violets when I was a child, and bought this in memory of it, but it does not in any way resemble the scent of years ago.

Does this smell like parma violets

No. Violet leaves with a slight citrus tone and sandalwood and vanilla as the base. It’s a beautiful smell n you won’t be disappointed

In description all kinds of lovely top notes, etc. In the ingredients below, there is no mention of actual lavender at all. Any natural lavender?

Personally I was very disappointed with this fragrance. I love the smell of lavender and this didn't have it at all. After one use I gave it away. It's definitely not the scent it used to be.

I have to fully agree with the customers who have mentioned the authenticity of this product. It smells of literally nothing once that initial pump has been made; it could be tap water for all I know..it smells no different that’s for sure. I’m very annoyed about it too!
