Each perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Cologne or Eau de Solid is made with fragrance oils and alcohol. it possibly is, however the manufacturer reformulated it so much that the quality is incomparible to the initially released fragrance. i returned mine,even though i paid for it less than £30(125ml). the smell is very similar ,just not lasting, copy i had from Next (cost £10) lasted much longer
