can you apply the mask by itself without shampoo?
I guess so, but your hair probably won't feel clean and may be left quite greasy, so wouldn't recommend not shampooing first

Yes, but if your hair is excessively damaged it won't be enough, you'll have to use products with added silicones such as olaplex, as natural helps as long as the hair fibre is not damaged, but if it is, you'll need either silicones or a haircut.

Personally it could only if you use correctly, you have two options 1 go to a hairdresser who is trained in de-matting hair or 2 use hair masks / conditioner and a comb and unpick your hair slowly and careful or get someone to help, I’d suggest hairdressers who are trained as you may damage hair more and loose lots, ho…

Good morning. I have no idea, sorry. I have looked at the ingredients in the pot and there is no reference to the word protein but it might be noted under another name. It is a completely natural vegan product and smells amazing and does the job of calming my hair down. Sorry that I cannot be more helpful. Kind regards Kay

Do u leave this naughty Mack in your hair my hair is so dry
I normally leave it in for 1-2 hours (have left longer but seen no real benefit from this) and I mix it up with some moisturising conditioner because the mask is so thick it just makes it easier to comb through, it’s good stuff, use it regularly and you should start seeing results after 2-3 applications.
