Hello there, The Paco Rabanne bottle does not have a spray pump. However there is a plastic "dripper" in the bottle neck, which gives reasonable control of the flow into the palm of your hand. hello, this is liquid, I would call something that is in a cream form a lotion and this is definately not that. I think it is an error, it definately came through as a liquid form as it was a present for someone and they opened it in front of me.
